The Café am Sandmarkt is a small coffee bar in Hann. Münden, Germany next to the old bridge over river Werra. From the outside the building rather looks like a butchery but inside it is decorated with old furniture. Don’t worry if it looks full – there is a second room in the back. Modellbahnwelt Odenwald
The Modellbahnwelt Odenwald is a miniature railway exhibition based on track size H0 in Fürth im Odenwald, Germany. It is located in a large industrial hall and consists mostly of bought and integrated landscapes. The Café Madrid is a wonderful Spanish restaurant in the city center of Leipzig, Germany. It is located next to the St. Thomas church and in the party zone close to the Barfußgäßchen. The Hotel Fregehaus is located in a backyard of the city center of Leipzig, Germany – only some meters away from the historic town hall, the market place and the famous Auerbachs Keller. The Sächsische Schweiz is the German part of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains (Elbsandsteingebirge) in Lohmen, Germany – not far away from Dresden. Once there was a sea in this region which created beautiful sandstone rocks. Both parts – in Germany as well as in the Czech Republic – have been declared as nature protection areas. Blaues Wunder
The Loschwitzer Brücke (König-Albert-Brücke until 1912) is a 280 meters long metal bridge spanning the river Elbe in Dresden, Germany. It is an example for German engineering art as to allow ships passing unhindered it was not allowed to have pillars in the water. At the Schlachthof
The Alter Schlachthof is a concert hall in Dresden, Germany. It was opened in 1871 as the central slaughterhouse of the city. In 1907 a new slaughterhouse was opened on the grounds now used for fairs and therefore the Alter Schlachthof was closed. The buildings were used as a storage area by different companies.

The Schwerelos (“Agravic“) is a funny restaurant in the Kugelhaus directly north of the main railway station of Dresden, Germany. The food is good but nothing really special. Soccer history
The soccer world championship 2010 in Germany created enough revenue and therefore the German football association (DFB) decided to create a national soccer museum – the Deutsches Fußballmuseum.
