In the Ore Mountains belonging to Germany and the Czech Republic there was more to find than ore – also silver, cobalt and uranium for example. Schwebebahn to the Fichtelberg
The Fichtelberg-Schwebebahn is a teleferic leading from the Kurort Oberwiesenthal, Germany to the top of mountain Fichtelberg (1210 meters). It is the oldest one in Germany and was opened in 1924. The Fichtelbergbahn is a narrow-gauge railway (750 mm) operated with steam engines that transports passengers from Cranzahl, Germany to the Kurort Oberwiesenthal – the highest city in Germany. A break at Pamukkale
The Pamukkale is my favorite kebab restaurant in Hann. Münden, Germany. Named after the famous region in Turkey the small eatery serves traditional döner. The PS.SPEICHER is a mobility museum in Einbeck, Germany opened in 2014. After purchasing your tickets you can store your luggage in lockers and take an elevator to the sixth floor of an old granary.
