The hotel Porto In is a good hotel in Kotor, Montenegro. It is located between the old town of the city and the long-distance bus station (which is only four minutes on foot away). The rooms are rather large and every room seems to have a balcony or a terrace. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t see the bay of Kotor from my room, but that didn’t matter much – you can reach the harbour and the old town within three minutes.

If you’re travelling by long-distance bus to or from Tirana, Albania and without a too tight budget – then the hotel Colosseo might be a good option. It is a nice four star hotel at one of the streets leading to the city center and the Skanderbeg square. If you’re walking on foot to the bus station for busses going to the north (behind ‘Pallati Sportit Asllan Rusi‘) you’ll need about seven minutes. To the city center it is less than 15 minutes on foot.

The Flowers Hotel at Münster in Westfalen, Germany is an unconventional but nice hotel near the main railway station of the city. It is on the rear side of the station where the Wolbecker Straße meets the Bremer Platz. The hotel and the rooms have artificial turf on the floor and many colorful lights. Within the rooms you’ll find a kitchen and fridge which would be normal for a boarding house.

The Motel One Hamburg Airport is a classic Motel One hotel with its unique style. It is located close to the airport of Hamburg, Germany and is therefore probably most often used by travellers. We chose this hotel because it was one of the closest to the Sporthalle Hamburg where you can watch sports and concerts.
The Sant’Elmo Beach Hotel is a beautiful hotel in the southeast of Sardegna that our travel agency recommended. It is located at Castiadas, Italy and consists of a main building and many small houses arranged in rows behind it. The Holiday Inn hotel near Regent’s Park is a good four-star hotel in London, United Kingdom. It seems to be more oriented towards tourists but is also a good choice for business trips. It’s only a three minute walk to the Regent’s Place business center, the underground station Great Portland Station is just around the corner and a supermarket is on the opposite side of the street. The relexa hotel at Berlin, Germany was obviously once called Stuttgarter Hof but they changed the name. It is located in a street with some other low and medium price hotels not far away from Mitte and Checkpoint Charlie. Continue reading “Not cool but good”
If you travel by train to Bremen, Germany the prizeotel might be the right choice for you. It is a cheap design hotel with reduced interior located next to the main railway station.
