I love living at and with water, that’s why I like Amsterdam, The Netherlands. But the city is too big and too crowded and there is no green close to the water of the town canals. Madurodam
The miniature world Madurodam is one of the most famous sights in Den Haag, The Netherlands. Behind a dam you can find 300 miniature representations of well-known buildings from The Netherlands. The girl with a pearl earring
The Mauritshuis is an art museum located in the center of Den Haag, The Netherlands. It has been built from 1633 on as a nobility palace at a lake in the center of the city and serves as a museum from 1822 on. Dortmunder U
The Dortmunder U in Dortmund, Germany is a skyscraper used as a cultural center. It was built until 1927 as a cellar for the Dortmunder Union Brauerei. In 1994 the brewery moved out and the building was later bought by the city. Continue reading “Dortmunder U”

Ponte di Rialto
The Ponte di Rialto is the most famous bridge in Venezia, Italy. It gave its name to many, many Italian restaurants all over the world.
