The Café am Sandmarkt is a small coffee bar in Hann. Münden, Germany next to the old bridge over river Werra. From the outside the building rather looks like a butchery but inside it is decorated with old furniture. Don’t worry if it looks full – there is a second room in the back.
They offer the essential coffee and tea variations and very good cake. But you also get some hearty meals like different kinds of pasta. Sometimes you’ll have to wait a bit longer for service but it is a nice place for a coffee. Only the views on the river Werra could be better!
