There are not too many options for a good breakfast in Hann. Münden, Germany. Apart from the Aegidienkirche and the Stadtcafé you might consider the Flux – Biohotel im Werratal as a good location for that. On each first sunday every month they have a great brunch with a specific motto – and you should definitely book in advance.
The Flux is outside of the city located at the river Werra. A nice place only disturbed by the motorway bridge above and the railway tracks next to it. In the past the former owners got insolvent and afterwards a hotel was created that attracts visitors with its pure organic food. It has also a nice playground in front and a big hall for family celebrations.
