The Torre pendente in Pisa, Italy is a well-known tower and especially famous because of its inclination. It was built from 1173 on and contains numerous columns on several levels. The Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore is the cathedral of Firenze, Italy and one of the most impressive churches I’ve ever seen. Already from the outside it looks magical and unreal. The Galleria degli Uffizi is a world-famous art museum in Firenze, Italy. It was built from 1559 on as an office (therefore the name) for the public administration. The Palazzo Vecchio is a the ancient parliament of the republic of Firenze (now part of Italy) and serves today as the town hall of the city. It was built from the year 1299 on and also included private rooms for the members of parliament. It looks like a fortification because it should protect the parliament against the citizens. The Ponte Vecchio is a famous and well-known bridge in Firenze, Italy. It was built in 1345, crosses the river Arno and is completely covered by houses. Amsterdam, The Netherlands is well known to be a good place for a party – and I did this several times in the past.
