The Moulin Rouge (“red windmill”) is a world-famous varieté in the city quarter of Montmartre in Paris, France. It was opened in 1889 and the biggest stars of Paris danced on its stage. The Place des Vosges in the city quarter Marais of Paris, France is one of the oldest and most beautiful places in the city. It was created by order of king Henry IV. from 1605 on. Impression soleil levant
I consider the Musée Marmottan Monet in Paris, France a hidden pearl. I love French Impressionism but I never heard about it. It is located a bit remote close to the Bois du Bologne and was opened in 1934 in the villa of the Marmottan family.

The Panthéon in Paris, France is the hall of fame of the grande nation. It was built as a church from 1764 on and was turned to non-religious use after the French Revolution. Les Nymphéas
The Musée de l’Orangerie in Paris, France is a wonderful museum for impressionist art close to the river Seine. You’ll find it in the Jardins des Tuileries close to the Place de la Concorde.
