I just stumbled open this location not far from the main railway station of Hannover, Germany while doing some shopping. The Louis was opened in 2016 and offers good quality burgers and steaks. As a special the also serve dry aged steaks and a burger from dry aged meat.
You can also get special home-made fries and fries made of sweet potatoes here. The place is rather small but lovely decorated. The owner went on a two years world trip to explore current trends. If you get in order at the desk and you’ll receive a pager that signals you when your meal is ready.
