A good overview

It has been a catalyst for my interest in art: the Albertina in Wien, Austria is an art museum that shows all important modern art styles – one room per style – and therefore enables a trip through the timeline of art.

The name of the museum goes back to Albert Casimir Herzog von Sachsen-Teschen who founded the collection in 1776 in Bratislava. Since 2007 it contains the Batliner collection showing works from Monet to Picasso.
