In case you’re at London, United Kingdom in mid-November you should check when the start of the Christmas illumination will be. At this point in time they make Regent street a pedestrian zone, start a firework and ignite the lights decorating this major shopping street.
Best starting point for a visit is Oxford circus where Regent street and Oxford street meet. As it certainly will feel overcrowded just make your way to Carneby – which is smaller but also lovely decorated by that time of the year.
