Regent‘s park

London, United Kingdom has some really large green areas and the Regent’s Park north of Fitzrovia is one of them. People get here to relax, meet friends or do some sports. It is used for art exhibitions, the houses surrounding it are especially beautiful. In the north you can find the London Zoo and the Grand Union Canal.

From here you can get to Primrose Hill with a nice viewpoint on top or follow the canal towards the Camden Lock Market. After walking through the park many times I must admit: the most beautiful part is the Inner Circle, a part of the garden circled by a road. It contains a Japanese garden and Queen Mary’s rose garden (besides an open air theatre and a restaurant). Don’t miss this part!
