I didn’t know what to expect when we decided to go to the restaurant “Zum Weserblick” at Hann. Münden, Germany. It is located quite remote at the outskirts of the already remote city quarter Gimte. And the name seemed to be unusual is I read that they are also serving specialties from Sri Lanka.
The restaurant has a nice and quiet outdoor area facing the river Weser. They serve pizza, salads, classic Germany eatery food like currywurst and fries. We tried the schnitzel with mushrooms and it was very good. If you want to try food from Sri Lanka you’ll have to wait for 30 minutes – but sometimes they also offer a buffet.
