When walking through a city like Lisboa, Portugal you’ll need a drink and a snack now and then. We found the restaurants in museums to be a good place for that, but one of the simplest, nicest and cheapest eateries was the Linha d’áqua.
It is a self-service restaurant at a small artificial lake close to the Parque Eduardo VII. It is also not far away way from the viewpoint where all photographers take a shot down the Avenida de Liberdade. Just drop in for a cup of coffee; I guess in summertime the water in front of it is also a nice playground for kids.
