Two and a half hours

Every time I get to the Karlsplatz in Kassel, Germany I remember that this city has some nice hidden places you normally don’t get to. And next to it in the backyard of the CineStar cinema you can find a sushi restaurant that seems to be less frequented than the others in the city center.

YOYO Sushi has a nice atmosphere and even if it isn’t the best sushi I’ve ever eaten it is worth a visit. I especially loved the gyōza but there are some maki and nigiri in the menu that taste great. They let you order by tablet PC and in the evenings you’ve got 2.5 hours time and you can order every 10 minutes five pieces per person.

It was impossible to use this offer to full extent. The menu contains a wide range of sushi, warm dishes and desserts (and funny typos and texts). The delivery was more than fast – but we were there at 6pm on a weekday. Our biggest challenge was to find out who ordered which item when it came to our table – but that’s a solvable problem. Don’t omit the (fried) ice-cream!
