Who just visits the city center of London, United Kingdom will often miss a wonderful thing: the many small channels leading through the city. On some of them you can do boat cruises, on some of them ships anchor like mobile houses or hotels. Water always creates a nice atmosphere and makes life different.
One of these places in London can be found at Paddington: Little Venice. In fact you only have to leave Paddington station on the back – then you are directly standing at the water and the first bar on the water is just 25 meters away. It is nice just to walk a bit along the water to the Paddington basin but you can also take a boat cruise to Camden Lock; a second nice place worth visiting.
