Tōkyō Diner

If you’re searching for traditional Japanese meals in London, United Kingdom you’ll have plenty of options. One of the best is serving good food since 1992: the Tōkyō Diner in the heart of Chinatown. On two levels you can get great sushi and nice katsu curry.

The diner has rather cheap prices but also some strict rules: they don’t serve tuna for sustainability reasons and they don’t accept tips. They donate money that is left on the table. Due to restrictions on immigration the diner currently doesn’t have enough staff and is closed on Mondays – better check online before you go.
