The hotel Principado de Asturias is a middle-class hotel in Santiago de Chile, Chile. It is a good place for a first night in a foreign country and it’s only some minutes from here to walk to the city center. The nearest metro station is Baquedano and in front of the hotel there is long stretched green park.
What’s actually odd about this hotel is that there is a lot of traffic running around this place. As I received my rental car in front of the hotel I was quite nervous about the traffic situation. The nearby roundabout at Plaza Baquedano is hard to comprehend and behind it four mayor roads are located that seem to change in traffic direction depending on the time of the day.
