If you get to the old harbour of Σαντορίνη, Greece you’re standing at the water and looking up to the city high in the rocks. A small path leads you steadily up the hill or you can do it the easy way: rent a donkey.
Getting up is really worth the effort: you can walk between nice white houses with blue roofs. Find a nice restaurant to have dinner with a view on the water in the center of the old vulcano and watch the cruise ships anchoring.
