Is your last trip to Switzerland already too far away? If you want to enjoy some traditional Swiss meals the “Matterhorn-Stübli” is the place for you! Located in “Bad Wilhelmshöhe” close to the Schloss Wilhelmshöhe in Kassel, you can feel like rather being close to the Alps.
The restaurant offers Bündnerfleisch, Raclette and Fondue. Don’t miss the Swiss chocolate as a finisher! Having a traditional Raclette, where the cheese is melted and scraped of the cheese wheel, is always a good idea – but be warned, Germans, this has nothing to do with the Raclette your parents prepared for New Year’s Eve. My favorite is in fact the fondue au fromage, where you put bread into melted cheese.
