Aeroporto di Roma-Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” (FCO)

The airport Fiumicino (FCO) in Roma, Italy is the most important airport of the capital city of Italy and the homebase of the airline Allitalia. It was opened in 1960, transports 40 million passengers each year and is located 40 kilometers south of the city center.

It has four terminals and four runways. The airport was named after the famous Italian painter and inventor Leonardo da Vinci. It is the biggest airport of Italy and connected in many ways: by bus, regional train and by the Leonardo Express from Roma Termini.
